Our Programs
Martial Arts for Children
Martial Arts for Kids is a specially designed program under the expert guidance of Maestro Kapila Wijenayake. Children aged 3-4 (accompanied by family) explore movement, improve balance, and acquire body awareness through playful activities. By playing and learning together, adults and children discover a new common language of respect and physical literacy.
For older children and teens, our curriculum builds progressively: from fundamental motor skills to traditional techniques, self-defense, and character development. Every class is structured to be engaging, safe, and age-appropriate — turning martial arts into a powerful tool for lifelong success.
- Ages 3-4: Parent-accompanied classes • Movement exploration & coordination
- Ages 5-7: Basic techniques, focus games, listening skills & teamwork
- Ages 8-12: Striking, grappling fundamentals, self-defense & bully prevention
- Teens (13-16): Advanced techniques, fitness, leadership & character building
🌟 MORE THAN JUST KICKS & PUNCHES
Our kids' program teaches respect, fair play, self-control, and perseverance. Limited class sizes ensure a safe, secure environment where every child receives personal attention. Watch your child grow in confidence, focus, and physical ability.
Regular martial arts training improves children's physical health (strength, flexibility, coordination), mental focus (concentration, memory), and emotional well-being (resilience, stress management). Our instructors are trained to work with young learners using positive reinforcement and clear boundaries.
- Bully prevention: Verbal & physical self-defense strategies
- Goal setting: Belt rank system teaches achievement mindset
- Fun & engaging: Games, drills, and partner exercises
- Family bonding: Parent-child classes available for ages 3-4
