Our program, based on the renowned Yoseikan method, offers a complete system that integrates psychological preparedness, preventive strategies, legal knowledge, and effective defensive moves.

Under the technical direction of Maestro Kapila Wijenayake, you will learn to identify an aggressor's weak points, master fear and impulsiveness, and become fully aware of your own physical and emotional resources. This training is designed for real-world scenarios — no athletic background required.
