Women’s Kickboxing

The women’s kickboxing course combines a functional training program for well-being and physical fitness with the learning of combat techniques , using punches and kicks.

The practice is conducted and supervised by a qualified teacher who will guide the participants in acquiring the correct movements to perform in order to obtain an effective result and improve the state of stress .

Each lesson begins with an initial warm-up through circuit exercises, followed by technique and coordination development. Training requires exercising the upper and lower limbs, as well as the abdominal area . Weight loss and toning are the primary goals, along with achieving optimal fighting technique .

This type of practice is suitable for all body types and is particularly recommended for those seeking a total-body workout to improve their self-esteem. Classes end with a stretching session , useful for lengthening and consolidating the activity performed. Regular practice allows you to define, strengthen, and lengthen your muscles, achieving optimal physical fitness .

The course is divided into practice levels to allow for gradual and progressive learning for all participants. The purchase of protective gear and gloves will be suggested gradually as each level advances.

Training may offer optional opportunities for two-on -one sparring, commensurate with the participants’ skill level and willingness to experiment. Sparring is offered at the end of the class to allow participants to practice the techniques they have acquired so far. It is conducted in complete safety, with the use of protective gear and supervised by the instructor.
