FUNCTIONAL WELL-BEING & COMBAT INTEGRATION

WOMEN'S KICKBOXING.

A total-body workout combining functional fitness and effective combat techniques, tailored for all body types.

Well-being & Physical Fitness

The women’s kickboxing course combines a robust functional training program for well-being and physical fitness with the structured learning of combat techniques, utilizing punches and kicks. The practice is conducted and strictly supervised by a qualified teacher who guides participants in acquiring correct movement patterns to obtain effective results and improve overall stress states.

Weight loss and muscle toning are the primary goals, along with achieving optimal fighting technique. This practice is suitable for all body types and is particularly recommended for those seeking a total-body workout to improve self-esteem.

LESSON FRAMEWORK

Lesson Progression

Each lesson begins with an initial warm-up through circuit exercises, followed by technique and coordination development. Training requires exercising the upper and lower limbs, as well as the abdominal area. Classes conclude with a stretching session, useful for lengthening and consolidating the activity performed, allowing you to define, strengthen, and lengthen your muscles.

The course is divided into practice levels to allow for gradual and progressive learning for all participants. Protective gear and gloves are suggested gradually as each level advances. Furthermore, optional two-on-one sparring is offered at the end of class, commensurate with skill level and willingness. This is conducted in complete safety, supervised by the instructor.
